Till 1995 I own this Mercedes 280 E (W-123). It has a 2.8 six cylinder engine with 185 hp - the famous M110 engine. Even the car has already 320'000 km, it runs very good. Performance and also reliability is still amazing. Has a speciality, the car has already antilock breakes!

Truly a fun car to use as a daily driver and to exhibit at your local car show. These Mercedes can run forever with little need from your mechanic, as long as you maintain them properly. They are also a good investment and if bought properly will increase in value over the next few years.

For a big girl with a v8, she is surprisingly easy to handle. is fairly good on the juice. acceleration is a bit slow. we got slugged with insurance but rego is pretty simmilar to owning your average ford or holden. paint needs retouching in one spot, this car is heaps of fun to drive, with loads of power options, a great note.

Just amazing. Best for 1997-2000. No breakdowns. Nothing. 3 years straight. Best diesel Mercedes ever built.
