I owned a 1972 'cuda340. The 340 cubic inch engine was the largest of the small block engines offered (the 360 was not a factory plant in this car) before getting into the massive big blocks (383 Magnum, 426 Hemi, or the 440). Mopars were usually a little heavier than Fords or GM's, but their horsepower often made up for it. Very classic and aggressive look with a wide variety of fun options to be had. I'd kill to have this car back! Then again, I'd kill for a burrito and a soda....

Its a restored 1972 Plymouth 'Cuda with all original parts with the exception of what is under the hood. Under the hood she has a 1973 5.9 hemi rom a plymouth road runner that has been bored out to a 6.2 446 with straight headers and a Flowmaster system. Pushing 664 BHP and does 0-60 in 4.8 sec. Need I say anything else?

I had a blast with that car. It used to turn heads everywhere I went and the sound was awesome too. Back then it was my everyday car so I would be fixing something every week. Now I have a '70 'Cuda that is even better then the first one. But the black 'Cuda was a fun toy. It had a small block 318 that had some work done to it. A full manual valve body automatic transmission and 391 gears. It had a big cam so the sound was very loopy. Sometimes I used to drive around with the hood off to show off the motor. But I had alot of fun with that car and I'm glad to have had the chance to own that car.
