This is one of the most beautiful car designs ever. A car with character and presence, but needs maintenance and a careful knowledgable owner. With no ABS, ESP, USB or GNP it communicates everyhing that's going on beneath you. Driving speaks louder than words.

This 2000 Alfa has amazing performance for its age, its a little rusty here and there but very well built. Its not the prettyest car Alfa ever built but still turns heads due to its good condition for its age. Ownership and running costs have not been to bad over the 2 years i've owned it so far and on a recent long journey it returned an amazing 30 MPG, which was measure very accuratley, and is better than quoted figures for when these cars were new. Although a little heavy round town due to the lack of power steering, its a hoot to drive in any other way, and surprises many modern cars in traffic light grand prix's

Italian Cop Car from the 70's..seen in many movies around that time.. Mine was 1600 Guilia..twin OHC, disc brakes all round, mechanical speedo-cruise, 5-speed, independent rear suspension (the famous De Dion Axle links); twin down-draught Webers; speedo limit 110MPH (yes, MPH!) Plush pile carpeting, wooden steering-wheel, REAL chrome bumpers!! Had a LOT of fun in this car; my first and true love. Wasn't amazing on the pull-away, but had a HECK of a top-end with fantastic handling and brakes. Would buy another one tomorrow if i could find one without rust (!)
