The 1971 DBS was a straight six ,tripple carburettor engine churning out 280 - 300bhp and with an approx. top speed of 265km/hr... slighty less underpowered compared to the V8 fuel injected engine in the DBS from 1973 onwards... but no less fun for that matter.. a pure sports coupe with the comfort of a good touring chassis and suspension... good braking thanks to twin brake booster pads in addition to disc brakes on front wheels..
