The stock car is fine - but a modified one is much better. Braking can be dramatically improved as can overall engine performance. This is a 40 year old car - no new sat nav stuff here. Don't expect a refined ride, it is basically one step above a radio flyer. That's why I like it. It looks great, responds well to performace improvements and is reasonable to drive

Wicked old, runs very strongly, has dual downdraft carbs! 5th gear is actually an electrically activated overdrive manufactured by a British company called Laycock de Normanville. Really fun to drive - people point and give thumbs up. Engine, suspension design, transmission are very similar in design to my friend's Nissan pickup.
