Dealerships near me (Yuma, AZ)

Very professional in the way I was treated.

A 14k used car went up to 19k with all kinds of non sense fees. Not transparent at all. I only asked for the out the door and they play games. It doesnt seem they want to sell the car.

Friendly staff and seemed very willing to help

I never heard back from them.

Carlos was outstanding from start to finish. He was professional, honest, patient, and never made me feel pressured at any point during the process. He took the time to answer every question, kept me updated, and worked hard to get us the best deal possible. What really stood out was his communication and integrity. When there was a pricing discrepancy online, he honored it and continued working with us instead of playing games. He was transparent throughout the entire process and always quick to respond whenever we had questions. Buying a vehicle can be stressful, but Carlos made the experience smooth, straightforward, and enjoyable. If you're looking for someone who is honest, responsive, and truly cares about his customers, I highly recommend asking for Carlos. Thank you again for all your hard work and for making this such a positive experience.

I replied to a listing that is still posted at this moment. I initially get 2 responses from salesman at the dealership, I was told that there was a possible buyer at the dealership trying to purchase the same vehicle. The salesman said that if the deal fell through that I’d get a call back. I received a text message from another salesmen from this dealership asking if I’d be interested in any other vehicles, I said no thank you. She then told me that she would follow up with me and let me know if the car had been sold or not. It’s been 3 days, no follow up and the car is still posted for sale.

I haven’t gotten a phone call or any communication
