He went above and beyond by taking the time to send detailed videos of the Jeep we were interested in, which was incredibly helpful given the distance. Ultimately, my daughter decided she wanted a hard-top Jeep, while this one was a soft-top, so we did not move forward with the purchase. However, I would not hesitate to work with Keith again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and responsive salesperson.

Fred at JoyRide was great to work with throughout the process. Even on Memorial Day, when the dealership was technically closed, he went out of his way to send me extra pictures, videos, inspection sticker information, tire tread photos, and answer all my questions before I made the long drive out. Once I arrived, they let me thoroughly inspect and test-drive the RX350 with no pressure. We had a misunderstanding afterward regarding some financing paperwork, but Fred immediately called me back, explained everything clearly, and resolved it professionally. So far, I’m very happy with the Lexus and appreciate the extra effort and customer service.
