Nice phone conversation but we could not agree on the price.

From start to finish it was NOT the typical car buying experience. It’s a campus and not a dealership! I inquired about the vehicle by text and was immediately greeted and informed about options moving forward. Had there not been a shortage of staff that day, I believe we would have been done and gone within an hour and a half. These folks know what they are doing and there was no bs back and forth haggling. They were willing to help us get the truck we were there for. We will definitely go back to the Lillard’s!

I test drove a toyota sienna. Asked them to lower the price. They said they would drive the car and consider it and call me back. That day they sold the car for $1,100 less. Never a peep from them about the price change. RUDE

Ran down there and bought that little Ford.. excellent little rig. They treated us well. They were professional... no complaints.

The car was not as described, I drove 3 hours and wasted my time, the person was not nice, when I tried to talk about the car he said if you not buy it you can leave.

Truck was ready when we arrived and the staff was knowledgeable and polite

Was treated like an inconvenience even though I was prepared to buy same day. Zero help, wasn’t prepared even though I provided all the details of the vehicles I wanted to see beforehand, didn’t tell me anything about the car, the whole experience just was uncomfortable and a waste of time. Took my business elsewhere and glad I did.

Overall had a good experience. I noticed afterwards the Financials buried under the sales talk. They did help me get into a vehicle that I love, but the financing situation seems to be predatorial. Sales teams marking up cost to get a check. The matk up isn't apparent. I looker closer at the financial terms of the vehicle and sales price was around $20k dealership fees brought that amount to $26k then the actual lender had harsh lending terms. Doubled what the sale price was. So I hope to pay off as much on principle within a year and make on time payments then refinance. Again, kind of mixed review but im happy and also let down.
