Experience was not bad. Test drive and everything went well, really nice car. When talking about finance my salesperson Chelsea didn’t really seem to know much, I came prepared with market data relevant to the car and a pre approval. Couldn’t get an OTD price, their advertised price reflects “$3,000 cash or trade down” line which is the catch here — it’s not extra money they’re giving you or already baked into the price in your favor. It’s a phantom discount that they assume you’re putting down to make their online price look lower than it actually is. So every price they list, assume its 6k more… Cs my Otd was 33k

I went there to look at this vehicle I drove an hour there I talked to him on the phone about concerns on a Dent over it the fender he told me it was fixed I went there looked at it the dent guy destroyed the fender cracked all the paint not to mention the passenger mirror was also broken he tried to tell me he could paint the fender for $250 I didn't even bother taking the car for a test drive they said they do all their own work there I wouldn't trust the work just on my short experience being there

Mr Jacobs, owner, is very knowledgeable about the vehicle i am interested in. My unique position is i need more time to put monies together because I am short . He offered a solution making a purchase sooner that would mot impact the sale adversely. I am going g to see the car and meet Mt. Jacobs yoday.

Staff was very helpful available on Sundays which helped my schedule. Onsite RMV service also very helpful - Great vehicle ! 2 minor issues - front grille was loose and needed correct fasteners and the 2 upper OEM mounting bolts on rear license plate were broken in tailgate and the fix was to tap 2 sheet metal fasteners in the 2 lower holes - hope this is not a downstream corrosion issue
