I bought a car here with manager Andrew. I’m very happy with the purchase. The process was easy, transparent and he provided a top level service. Andrew answered all questions, provided all information, he didn’t push on me and helped me to choose the car. This dealership made a great impression overall and I definitely recommend it and Andrew as sales manager.

I filled out a application with car gurus. Called dealership multiple times and informed them i had submitted loan application. Nobody contacted me or returned my calls. They just took all my credit information and never told me anything. Horrible dealership.

Called to make sure car was available, and to get info. Everything sounded good, so I told the salesman I'd come Saturday around 11am. I made sure to emphasize that I was coming from Chicago (this place is in Addison, IL, which is about 40 minutes away). Received a text the next day giving me the address and basically letting me know that everything was set. Great! Day of, I texted to let the salesperson know I was 10 minutes away. I arrived to an empty office. I called and texted again -- nothing. LUCKILY, I believe in planning ahead and had planned to see the exact same SUV, but with less mileage and a lower price, at another dealer in Addison, about 8 minutes away. I arrived there and was helped right away. I test drove the car and had my guy look over it. We agreed to a fair price, and I came back the next day with cash. They gave me a new battery, oil change, full tank, and a short warranty. Never got a call back from this place. Bad business, and the loss of a cash sale.

Good communication and cooperation

Main disappointment was only receiving ONE key of vehicle and had to purchase a 500.00 second key! Long wait to see financial guy to complete deal! Vehicle was everything promised, got for a good price which was offset by second key purchase.
