I had a wonderful experience with denali motors in Addison Illinois there was a lot of phone conversations and text back and forth due to me living 4 1/2 hour away. Anthony did an amazing job i asked for certain info and he went out of his way to make sure I got it as soon as possible. When we set up signing the papers through esign there was some questions but it was late amin the evening cause my wife worked late. I sent him a text to ask a question and I wasnt expecting a reply til the next day to my surprise he replied within a few minutes. The dealer wasnt pushy they were very friendly and professional and courteous. I will definitely be checking back in with them when I need to purchase another vehicle

I requested information regarding the vehicle's maintenance records. A staff member from the dealership contacted me and said that the records would be provided to me shortly. After three days of waiting, I never received anything form the dealership.

I'm one of those people who doesn't use social media, hardly ever leaves reviews, any of that. I had to make sure to leave a review for Aaron and Centerline Automotive. Fantastic. A mechanic and a dealership without the bull...chips. I bought a car, a beautiful car, in good shape, just as described, very fair price. It comes with a labor cost saving warranty from Centerline. I don't know anyone else who does that. I had one hiccup with the new ride and Aaron was just as worried about it as I was, maybe more. He was more than happy to check it out again for me. Everything is fine, car is fine. The purchasing process was very clear and easy (on Centerline's side, I had my own problems. Don't put them through what I did). I don't know what else to say except that I fully and wholeheartedly endorse Centerline Automotive and Aaron. If you want to walk away from a place without feeling like you've been fast-talked or taken advantage of somehow, this is the place. This is the guy.

Car was not in condition I wanted. Staff was great. Going to consider a different vehicle from them.
