Great experience with ELCO! Took care of everything I needed to know and had a deal done hours later. Worked with Garland, plan on working with them again in the future!

I called ahead of time to make sure the car was available for a test drive. When I got there it was pinned into a corner of the lot and the guy that helped me seemed surprised that I wanted to test drive it and after a few minutes did move several cars to get it out. While he was doing that I chatted with the guy in the office, just asking general questions and when i mentioned taking it down the road so MY mechanics could check it out, that was a hard no, he could go there but i couldnt take the car to him. I guess thats why he sent a babysitter with me. That was a huge red flag right there. The AC didnt work, the buttons around the infotainment didn't work and that was no big deal to them because the touch screen did. Not everything goes through the touch screen and I stated that I already owned the same vehicle and I know exactly what each button controls and not everything runs through the touch screen. The entire experience overall just wasn't good.
