Wilsonville Toyota lost a sale by confusing “no bull pricing” with refusing to acknowledge reality. Yes, the price was clearly stated. That wasn’t the problem. The problem was that the car was badly overpriced for what it actually was. This 2014 Lexus RX 350 had high mileage, visible door damage, and a vehicle history that didn’t pass the smell test—yet it was listed as having no accidents. That claim didn’t line up with the history I reviewed or with what was plainly visible on the car. When those issues were raised, there was zero interest in discussion. Just rigid talking points and a take-it-or-leave-it attitude, as if repeating “no bull pricing” magically makes an unrealistic price fair. Transparency isn’t a virtue if the information being presented doesn’t match the car sitting on the lot. They didn’t lose the sale because I tried to negotiate—they lost it because they refused to acknowledge obvious problems. Buyer beware.

Amazing experience!!!! Cannot put into words!

I’m very pleased with my purchase, and the entire experience, from start to driving off the lot, was smooth and efficient. My experience at Audi Wilsonville in Oregon was pleasant especially as an out-of-state buyer from California.

They sucked. I asked them to put me in a used Chevy Silverado 2500HD. THE SALESMAN Steven was trying to put me in a Equinox. Something I didn't asked to be put in.
