I am very disappointed with my experience at this dealership. I came to see a vehicle that was advertised on CarGurus for about $17,000. The listing clearly stated that the price was not contingent on financing or payment method. When I arrived, I was not even allowed to take a test drive. What surprised me the most was that I was told if I chose financing, the price of the vehicle would increase by almost $7,000, making the total around $24,000. There was no information anywhere on the listing stating that the price would change if financing was used. This made me feel like customers are being misled by advertising a lower price online and then changing the terms at the dealership. I expected transparency and honesty but instead had a very negative experience. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking for clear and honest car buying conditions.

I received a callback from a sales representative . I stated that I was interested in the seltos sx turbo. She stated the car was available an she would have it pulled out for me to view and test drive. Arrive at the dealership and they stated that she was not in yet. They give me another salesman who promptly showed me a lower model of the car. When I stated that wasn't the same car. He along with a manger go look for the car. Come back 2 minutes later and stated the car was previously sold and they did not know why it was still on the web site, which it is still on today four later. I get up and said to my wife let's go. As I leave the manger comes out and tries to give me a lower model to look at. I don't like having my time wasted. They knew the car wasn't available and could have called and stated such. Instead they play games to get you into the dealership. Simple bait and switch.

Dirty car, misleading description - lots of cosmetic body damage, no service records for a Canadian import car, but they are of course perfectly happy to sell a damaged undocumented car to suckers.

I was told truck was in like new condition with no disclosures of any scratches, scrapes or issues with the van. The van had several obvious deep scratches. On looking at body panel alignment etc. it was obvious that there had been a hit to the front end of the van and a bad paint job with cheap aftermarket hood and other parts. on further inspection it was clearly not a minor hit. There had been major front end body work done to this van that was not disclosed. I suspect that this is not a one off experience.... Also be ready for the internet price to be a price with a 20% deposit. Granted they did do a cash price that would have been a fair price had the van not been an un disclosed reconstructed vehicle. To their credit, they were very quick and attentive with great communication throughout the transaction.... except the little detail about the wreck....

This car has three different low-quality tire brands mounted on it — a serious red flag, especially for an AWD vehicle, where mismatched tread patterns can damage the drivetrain. How can they justify selling such a beautiful car in this condition? It suggests poor maintenance and possibly careless ownership. If something this obvious was overlooked, what else might be wrong under the surface? Was the car abused by the previous owner? All signs point to yes. You decide if it’s worth the risk.
