I did everything over the phone and my wife too possession of the car.

My experience was very disappointing. During the negotiation, I was told the total price of the car was one amount, but when I reviewed the financing agreement, the financed amount was significantly higher. In addition, several fees and charges were included that were not clearly disclosed during the sales process, which greatly increased the overall cost of the financing. I was left with the impression that the process lacked transparency and honesty. I believe all costs, fees, and financing terms should be explained clearly before a customer signs the contract, so they know exactly what they are agreeing to. Unfortunately, that was not my experience, and for that reason, I cannot recommend this dealership.

Robbie was quick to respond to my inquiry, took time to make new video to show me vehicle I was interested in. I haven't been able to visit dealship however.

10/10 not the place to buy a car. They said the price online was just to bring people in. They are absolutely ridiculous with trying to upcharge for things thats the dealerships cost. Dont buy here unless you absolutely know what you're doing and looking at. Seeing them get literally hands shaking angry over questions was truly a different experience. I left and went over to a different dealership to do business.
