The salesman who contacted me the day I notified them of my interest was not actually there to meet me. I was helped by someone else. Also, took me 3.5 hours to get out of there because it was busy and everyone went through 1 finance person. Otherwise, I am happy with the service and treatment overall. They did a really good job on the financing side and I was able to get a good deal on the vehicle.

Although we did not end up buying the minivan we asked to look at with Apex, Amed and his wife were lovely! The most pressure-less environment, concise, and transparent car place we have dealt with since buying cars! Highly recommend going with them if a car interests you.
