Very pleasant & knowledgeable over the phone. They didn’t have a specific car that I was in search of.

Anthony was very professional. We test drove two cars but didn’t end up buying either one. One was unfortunately not AWD. We didn’t like the color of the second one. We needed a car immediately. If this dealer had the right one in stock we would have bought it. We were also quoted a fair price for our trade.

Very shady folks. Advertise one price on CarGurus but when you call the price is more lmao.

It was a waste of my time. They said the car was available and when I got there they played games with me having me wait and showed me other cars saying they had to dig the car I came to see out of the snow. In the meantime, they supposedly negotiated a deal with someone else for the car. The salesman then said that if I wanted to offer more for the car perhaps it would still be available for me. Bad business practice.

People were friendly and straightforward. Things went smoothly!
