I had an excellent experience at Pepe Cadillac. The entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free from beginning to end. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and treated me with respect throughout the purchase. They answered all my questions honestly and made everything easy to understand. I truly appreciate their outstanding customer service and highly recommend Pepe Cadillac to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience. Thank you for making the process so easy and enjoyable!

It was pleasant and professional. I didn’t like that they would not negotiate the price because I had my own financing. But, overall it worked out well, just the way I expected.

They advertised this SUV for 11K plus 175.00 FEE. I contacted the dealership and asked for pictures. I was told it just came in that they would email me. No email. I asked for the full cost of the vehicle. The complete charges with add ons came to just under 15K. The most egregious was a 1865.00 PID charge! That’s a charge that dealers get back from the manufacturers for NEW CARS! Then there was an additional 388.00 charge too. At that point I just lost any desire to go to this dealership. So they played this game and basically tried to screw me on a used 2016 Hyundai Santa Fe. I did a call from someinecatvtgecdwskership that they wanted to discuss my concerns. It doesn’t matter you tried to shaft me with all those additional charges so I cannot trust them fir anything about them. What a shame. I even told them I wanted to come in and see it so I could BUY IT! And they went and did this. Beware! Even if they have great reviews. Most likely most people just accepted it and paid.

I opted to lease the EX model rather than the S. Trevor was very helpful and easy to work with.
