Went through the process of qualifying before I even went into the dealership online. The price of the vehicle went from $8900 to $11,500. They put a bunch of fees and things like theft deterrent, and would not remove them from the price of the vehicle, even though it hadn’t even been through reconditioning yet and the “services“ hadn’t even been done yet. I just felt lured in under the pretense that they had me qualified, ran my. We came to an understanding of payments, then we did the test drive. When we got back to the dealership everything changed. Our salesman was great, but the process was ridiculous. I even came up with an extra $2500 down and still left without the jeep. What is the point of filling out a bunch of paperwork having your credit pulled before you even walk into the dealership and still leaving without the vehicle you wanted at the price it was advertised. Just wish I would’ve gotten factual information before I walked in.
