Salesman was courteous and very informative about the vehicle. He didn't rush or pressure me during his sales pitch. Just wish dealer had fixed a few more issues even if price would have increased.

The crew went above and beyond to help me get a new vehicle. Travis the finance guy stayed on top of everything and communicated with me daily. I highly recommend using them, I know I will go back.

They added a service contract of $1700 for 2 year 24,000 miles on a truck that had 18,000 miles on it and only not even 3 yrs old. So ford has a 5yr 50,000 or 60,000 miles warranty so I’m not sure why they stuck me with it. I asked about it but got some brushed off answer. I gave in due to due process. They were supposed to give it a 172 point inspection so i couldn’t take delivery that day and had to fly back the next week. Oh the inspection they “forgot” to reset oil life i guess and the one of the key fobs won’t start truck. I text my salesman with no reply on how to proceed. That being said. Once you sign it’s yours and good luck. Overall not a good experience!
