Fernanda in the office and Aki on the used car lot were great communicators. They made it a fun day. I bought my next car from their lot, only a mile from my home! Skyline sell cars in "as is" condition. They offer an optional insurance policy rather than a limited warranty. They provided me with a free Carfax report: 2 owners, full service history. Before we worked out a final price and sealed the deal, they had no problem with my driving the car to the local auto shop that services my cars. I wanted to get a second opinion as to the condition of the vehicle. But l already had a good idea of what to expect and look out for, as l was replacing like with like, my old 2002 xc70 wagon of 12 years moving into the slow lane to let their 2012 xc70 wagon . My guys couldn't see any problems, so l returned and concluded the deal with Skyline.

Carfax showed no damage. Hatch where spare tire was full of rusted water. Rim rusted and Jack rusted. Traveled 2 1/2 hours to see this vehicle. It had either been in flood or standing water. Mold under floor mats. Was not helpful at all when shown water in the hatch back. Lied. Flat out lied
