So they offered me some good money for my truck drove all the way to Phoenix, Arizona to trade it in to find out that the vehicle they were selling me had the flatbed welded to the frame, which was not transparent. Also ask the guy to do a walk around on Video to show me the vehicle before I drove all the way over there hit a bunch of scratches dents hiding a lot from me on the video when I had asked him to be 100% transparent about the vehicle. Wast of at trip and fuel from NewMexico to Arizona!

Good but not great

The only reason I didn't give this dealership a 1 is because their communication was always prompt from my original request to other questions that I had regarding the vehicle. However, once I had some suggestions about their original purchase proposal that included added fees that they tacked on, to my trade-in, to finance, they completely stopped all communication. When I followed-up with them, my response was "we're still looking into your questions and proposed deal". I can only assume that they didn't appreciate me being pro-active about what my financing would look like based on their original offer and what I know about my trade-in and financing options.
