Dealerships near me (Waukegan, IL)

All I wanted was to see what problems the truck had as it was labeled mechanics special. The rep I emailed with would not tell me even after I told him I was over an hour away and would like to have that info before I go there. We went around and around he kept telling me I had to come in to get that information. It was an awful experience. I went out today and bought a truck from another place.

Had a fantastic experience working with Charlie at Classic Toyota. He was very responsive and patient with me as I requested videos and photos of the vehicle (I was from out of town). I ultimately bought the vehicle from classic Toyota and had a great experience! They didn't add on a bunch of extra fees etc. the vehicle was very clean and had a full tank when I picked it up! I'd definitely consider going back!
