I won't b purchasing til the end of month but I'm very interested

Had a fantastic experience working with Charlie at Classic Toyota. He was very responsive and patient with me as I requested videos and photos of the vehicle (I was from out of town). I ultimately bought the vehicle from classic Toyota and had a great experience! They didn't add on a bunch of extra fees etc. the vehicle was very clean and had a full tank when I picked it up! I'd definitely consider going back!

When the car was pulled up, it was completely filthy inside and had not been cleaned. The dealership stated that once we purchased it, they will take it and have it cleaned. That is not how you sell a car. It was also an electric vehicle that was not fully charged up and the stated accuracy of the battery did not line up with what was on the car. When ask if they would take it for a full charge, they said they would only do that after we bought it. Highly dissatisfied with this experience.

I am so sorry. My previous review was incorrect. Out was not this dealer. They were very nice and reached out immediately about my inquiry. Very professional and polite.
