The sales staff did not adequately explain the steps required to secure financing or clarify that the buyer would need to independently contact lenders to obtain funding. There was an assumption that I already understood the full process, and no proactive follow-up was provided by the salesperson after our initial text-based agreement. Within 24 hours, I reached out to inquire about next steps and what actions were needed on my end—only to learn that the vehicle had already been sold to another buyer. While no financial harm resulted from this experience, it left a negative impression of how the dealership handles online inquiries and customer expectations. Clearer guidance and better follow-through would greatly improve the process for future buyers. I hope this feedback helps the team refine their communication practices
