Overall great experience at Carfornia. I purchased a 2015 Mazda CX-5 and overall had a great experience. The car was in good condition and the staff was helpful and transparent in answering my questions throughout the process. I noticed the tires were worn and they immediately offered to replace all four, no pushback, no hassle. When I brought the car back for the tire replacement I mentioned an unusual squeaking sound. The team took their time inspecting the entire car to find the source, which turned out to be a slightly loose rear spoiler. They fixed it on the spot. Left with brand new tires, no more squeak, and a car that felt solid. The financing process was straightforward and stress free. I’ve had the car for over a week now and it’s been running great. Appreciated the professionalism and the willingness to make things right. Would recommend.

All week long the price was $34987. I made an appointment to test drive the car I get there and the car is blanketed in dirt and 2 of the tires are very low. I go for the test drive and go into the office with the salesman and he states that the car is $35995. I told him the price all week has been $34987. They also stated that the price is non-negotiable. He then asks me did I take a screenshot of the price. I getting up to leave since we can't agree then the Sales Manager and or General Manager are going on CarGuru's showing me other cars and their prices. I said I am here to talk about this one. Be very careful dealing with bait-and - switch tactics. By the way the price just went down to $33995. Imagine that !
