I haven’t purchased a vehicle yet from them, but when talking to them on the phone, very polite, patient and very informative on the vehicle. Absolutely horrible experience. The cars we saw were beat and extremely dirty on the inside. They tack on $1k if you don’t finance with them. When we sat down to talk numbers they refused to give us a trade in value because “we’d use it as leverage” DO NOT SHOP HERE
