Staff was very friendly, kind.

The Staff was great, but they were super busy the day we arrived. However they set us up with our test drive, in which staff did not come with us. Shockingly different ,but understandable. I felt no pressure at all from any staff with making the decision to buy this car. Also we came when it was raining, nevertheless part of their car lot sits under a building structure so when you check out the vehicles you are dry ( ingenious).

Sultan and his staff were just excellent to deal with. No demanding high pressure. Very attentive to our issues. Very comfortable experience. I was trying to buy a car for my wife, but she had difficulty seeing over the steering wheel. I raised the seat as much as possible (she's small). When we got back to the dealership Sultan lowered the steering wheel, something I did not know how to do. By that time my wife was not ready to proceed and we could not buy the car. If another buying opportunity presents itself I would be happy to give them my business.

I worked with a salesman Josh and the service manager Josh for approximately a week and a half when I got down to the dealership the vehicle was not there for that price. They made a mistake on there pricing so I drove back-and-forth three hours time during the day that I did not have to waste so I walked out of there. The deal was supposed to be no money down and then they asked for 20 grand when I got there to me that’s a bait switch and there was no response afterwards so I would never shop for them again or I would wish that no one else would go through that experience again sorry for the review but it’s the truth.
