Great low pressure experience. Had things ready for my appointment and made the whole process from test drive to model comparison easy. Very knowledgable about the vehicles and was a smooth experience discussing pricing and finance options. Much better than other volvo dealers I went to in person. Ask for Patrick Reed as your salesman.

Sergio was quick to respond and had the information at his fingertips. Being that the TSA had problems, I could not fly to have a first hand look at the vehicle.

Absolutely the worst dealership I have dealt with. Bait and switch, false advertising. Advertise one car, when showed up to see the car after numerous emails, phone calls and texts to confirm it was the correct vehicle, it was a different model. Complete waste of time. Bunch of clowns working there. When confronted, did not even admit and did not take any responsibility. For other future customers, do not work with this dealership.

Very polite and transparent. My only issue and why I was unable to make the transaction was due to my poor credit and lack of time at time at my job. I had communicated all of that at the beginning and even filled out the credit application online, I was very transparent. With the fact I had poor credit would likely not get financed and they acted like it wouldn’t be an issue. Then when I went over there which was 80 miles from my home just to find out oh yeah poor credit sorry the bank wouldn’t take you. I mean I understand that’s not their fault but maybe when they put credit apps online it would be helpful if someone can make me do it over the phone and see if the person’s even eligible before they go all out of their way phone with a car and then can’t buy it but they were very polite. Nice on the nice cars there I would recommend them otherwise.

Dealership wanted $7,000 - $10,000 over MSRP. They did not want to work with me to get a deal done. Don’t recommend this dealership. Stay away from this place!

they have lots of hidden costs and are not very good at relaying that on their website, I would never buy form them
