Jesus Martinez was extremely helpful and very kind. However, when I finally came in on 12/21/25, Sunday morning at around 9:40am on my birthday to Test Drive the 2020 Toyota Camry SE. When my boy friend Jerome Davis & I saw to check & inspect the car inside & out. What was originally promise by Jesus Martinez when we came to see the car on 12/16/25, car will be detailed, painted & looking shiny at time of test drive. But, I was a bit disappointed because, 1. car was not washed, 2. Car was not detailed inside & out as promise, 3. the mark that was on driver side was not remove, 4. paint job was minimal not entire body! Therefore, after i test drive, brake & speed are good, feel very comfortable & feel great! At time of financing w/numbers, rate & terms & negotiating of purchase. End up giving me a better rate of 4.99% & gave me 3 sets of keys. Jacob, Jesus & Hip promise that Dealer will detail the car after 12/25/25 & return to Toyota of Wescovina, will put full tank on gas & new mat

Bait and Switch. Dealer told me car was available. Drove 0NE HOUR AND 30 MINUTES TO GET THERE, and was informed it sold the night before. Unacceptable.

They were too set on the price and didn't want to negotiate unless I financed with them. Come on, it's not even an Audi vehicle. I thought they would have negotiated at a good rate since it's an Audi Dealership. But luckily, I found another dealership who I was very impressed with. Best of all, is I got a great price on the vehicle I wanted.

Haven’t had my Tahoe for a full week. As the rear media screens are not working properly and is currently at service center. This not a service department review, I bought the vehicle and had issues with the rear media service therefore I had to take it to service department. I am sharing my overall experience. The Tahoe wasn’t ready for sale they need to fix the screen before selling. Which they didn’t even care to check.
