Previous rental car from New York to Virginia, Texas then CA. Even certified, wasn't very old but paint showed signs of MANY car washes. I did't want to chance a previous rental from the East Coast. They did not have anything else that was comparable. The salesperson, kept trying to get me to buy anything, which wasn't what I wanted if I was going to buy a car. My last conversation with salesperson was not pleasant and I would not recommend dealing with them for that reason. If they don't have the inventory, they don't have the inventory. I ended up going to a different dealer and buying the car that I wanted. The experience at that dealer was much better. They went above and beyond to get my business. When you're paying for a luxury car and a lot of money, you want what you want. I got the feeling that it was just pushing to buy ANY car. I did have a few conversations w/ salesperson. No point to go in again when everything online, no new inventory, can't sell if they don't have.

The staff communication was timely, honest, clear and helpful. They never made me feel like I was just a number or a burden with my many questions or days I took to make my decision. They were very patient with and didn't act or treat me like a typical salesman (pushy). Highly recommend.

They were polite and professional and explain everything thoroughly as possible when running my credit. Finance was fast and also thorough. We are happy with our purchase

End up not buying the car because i could not get over the big dent at the rear bumper and missing information regarding battery health plus i wanted the AP2 along with the supercharging.
