Drove an hour to test drive the vehicle after they contacted me and told me that it would be ready for a test drive. Arrived at the dealership, and they had sold it to another buyer.

Dray was great, had a short yet pleasant experience.

When we searched the dealership inventory, we were looking for a certified preowned car and when we got there, they had two “pre-certified” cars, not certified and we were going to have to pay extra to get them certified. We felt like it was a bait and switch and we left the dealership very quickly.

I didn’t proceed with a test drive because from one inquiry about 4 maybe 5 people from the dealership contacted me multiple times. My experience made me know under no circumstances ever step foot on a car lot unless you want locust(sales) to descend upon you. I’ll be finding an alternative to the dealer process.
