Dray was great, had a short yet pleasant experience.

Drove an hour to test drive the vehicle after they contacted me and told me that it would be ready for a test drive. Arrived at the dealership, and they had sold it to another buyer.

I didn’t proceed with a test drive because from one inquiry about 4 maybe 5 people from the dealership contacted me multiple times. My experience made me know under no circumstances ever step foot on a car lot unless you want locust(sales) to descend upon you. I’ll be finding an alternative to the dealer process.

This dealership seams to be overloaded & maybe under staffed. This can be a good problem. At times was hard to communicate, but in the end they took care of everything.
