You have to go through so much when you call just to get a person at the dealership. They do not return calls. When I did speak with someone, she told me the car was sold. Then someone else called and asked my husband was he still interested in the car on the same day. When someone calls you, it’s impossible to call them back if you miss the call. Then you have to start over with another person at the dealership. We’ve never experienced this type of service before. Unprofessional service.
