Excellent experience with Tom at West County Volvo! He asked the right questions, listened to our needs and made suggestions that fit in to both our budget and use case. He checked in on us after the purchase and is extremely accessible when needed. Financing was a smooth and easy process. We were presented with options regarding additional warranties, etc but did not feel pressured to purchase as has been the case at other dealers. The service department has online scheduling which is helpful when you need to quickly make an appointment and the service lounge is comfortable for waiting. We have now purchased 3 Volvos at West County and all have been extremely reliable and most importantly, safe. Our son totaled one on a busy interstate and walked away without a scratch. Volvo (and Tom!) fan for life.
