Communication between sales and finance is not acceptable. Was there for about four hours , agreed to the price and payment terms, waited 2 more hours to see financing. They changed the payment terms last minute. After having me put insurance on the vehicle and transfer tag information. Said they would call back monday if they could agree on the original payment plan. No call monday , I had to make a call to see if there was an update . They had no answer and would call Tuesday. Again on Tuesday, no call back with an update. Attempted to call and speak with financing and no answer. Left a message with no call back . Not happy with the experience at all so far.

My experience at this dealership was very good salesman was excellent provided me with all information I needed, didn’t purchase that particular vehicle but would not hesitate to go again
