Contacted regarding availability of a car. Was told the car was there by 1 sales rep and then another rep told us the car was not there. This happened multiple times as they kept trying to contact me regarding a car that was sold and no longer there. Looked at a different car once we were there and lowballed our trade. Went to a different dealership and got a better amount for our trade-in.
