The people do communicate well and did put effort into trying to get it except that they really don’t like people to use there pre approval They “lowered” the price but I had to go through there bank but it is what it is I did want the car

I had an appointment to see a vehicle and was in communication with a sales associate. He even asked me to let him know when I was on my way so he could have the car ready, which I did. To my surprise, the car was not available when I arrived because it had sold that morning. A little heads up would have been nice before I wasted my time driving down there.

Great experience. This was the easiest car buying experience.

Had a good experience at this dealership even though I didn't buy. The vehicle i went to look at was sold when I got there.

I contacted the dealer about a vehicle that had been on their lot for a while. Got an immediate response with some videos (great!), but then they went quiet for a couple days. Then came back and said "we accept your offer but we have to do this TODAY." Ok, so far. I had some followup questions about taxes and logistics that were communicated by email even though I requested a phone call. Then all of a sudden there was another buyer in the mix -- "and he is paying more than you, so I think they're going to sell it to them." Then about 20min later, "they sold it to the other guy." Really disappointing experience. I thought we had a deal -- I live in TX and they were trying to charge me Florida taxes and I needed to arrange for shipping. Simple questions/logistics that should have been easily handled. 3 days later, car is still showing up on website and CarGurus app. The sales guy I was working with said "the other guy just put a deposit." Lame.
