They advertise a great price, but if you the fine print in the dislaimer, they add $3913.55 to the price of each used car sold.

I would read the reviews on here I’m not the only one. Well first I’d like to say they are very rude. But listed car down to 49k told me tax is little over 3 k which sounds about right then they hit me with it total comes out to over 59k so when I ask about the other 7k they talking paint and body stuff. That’s a total SCAM. Buyers should not be paying for anything such especially on a newer car. I see what they where doing they marked it down but still wanted to get the same price as the very first listing they did but they’re waiting time doing so if they want to sell it at the same price so why mark down if you aren’t marking it down that’s poor business.

It's not immediatly obvious, but it seems to me this dealer employs carefully designed tactics to retain all possible negotiating power in the customer interaction from top to bottom. I traveled to the dealer as a buyer for a specific car, but felt I had no power in the interaction. The young salesman was great but seemed to have no ability to help me place an offer on my own terms. Perhaps the sales managers at dealers like this have had too many years of tight supply allowing them to get away with this. They will not accept any discussion about a purchase over the phone. As a consumer, I want to be empowered with a straightforward purchase discussion that accommodates my needs, not the dealer's needs. Definitely skip this place.
