They contacted me in a timely manner, I just went with a different car brand so I did not interact with them after initial contact and response.

Price advertised was attractive. After contact, asking for out-the-door price, it was 3k more than the list price arguing pre-installed options and cannot be removed. Could have been more transparent. If they cannot be removed, the advertised price should have included these options. Period.

I inquired about this vehicle and talked to a younger sales man on the phone. After some discussion he told me the vehicle had an intake and downpipe but could not specify if it was the mid cat or the full cat delete. He also told me the car was tuned with Unitronic and was smog legal (not possible). When I told him this was incorrect (CA checks Calibration ID and that changes when a vehicle is tuned) he got upset, became defensive and insisted he was correct. I asked if the dealer would consider making the vehicle emissions compliant and he said the vehicle was being sold AS-IS. Furthermore he tried stating that modifications increased the value although the way dealers appraise the vehicle makes that a false statement. After loyally owning 4+ VW/Audi products I will never support the VW/Audi dealer network ever again.

Hello, the issue is that the app supposedly scheduled an appointment but the dealer had no idea. I don’t believe that so I’ll never go back there. Makes no sense that an app has the authority to schedule appointments on their own. It was a waste of time for me to commute in a hurry to go to an appointment that’s don’t exist

They contacted me after they reduced the price of the car and sold it to someone else. I contacted them by phone and text and just got a response, 10 days later. Glad business is so good for you at Pacific VW.
