My salesperson was great, however on CarGurus, the price noted it included all dealers fees. Once we arrived at the dealer, that was not the case. We were told that unfortunately, CarGurus is not always accurate, that the internet price on their website it the actual price which was a lower price but did not include dealer fees. Once those fees were added the overall price ended up being about $500 more than CarGurus. Additionally, the credit reporting company they used came back with a credit score 100 points lower than my bank's credit report (we came with a check in hand with PNC financing). We were not the only customer having difficulty with financing when coming in pre-approved with a better rate. It leaves me wondering why they use a credit reporting company that is producing lower scores.
