I bought a used 2022 Toyota Tundra from Subaru Carlsbad and had a great experience. Mike was my sales guy and he made everything super easy. The truck was clean, ready to test drive, and exactly as described. Sean handled the finance side and was awesome to work with. He explained all the numbers clearly, went over warranty options without pushing anything, and finished the paperwork fast. Overall, smooth and stress-free buying experience. I’d definitely recommend Subaru Carlsbad, especially Mike in sales and Sean in finance.

I had a great experience with the staff at the dealership. The car became unavailable before I was able to look at it, but everyone was very helpful and let me know that the car wasn't available, so I didn't travel to the dealership for nothing.

We had a unique situation where we wanted the Yukon but we didn’t have the total cash on hand. They were willing to wait until my commission checks cleared our bank. They let us purchase the vehicle on the promise I would pay the total cash price when the bank clears. Patient and professional. Totally appreciated.

The Staff so far has been great every time I text with a question concerning this 2017 Avalon I get a response in a timely manner, if all goes well I will finally be able to view and test drive this car and if everything checks out great….then I will be driving this vehicle home. The reason for my not applicable check marks are due to not having the chance to personally see and drive the vehicle yet.
