They didn’t contact me I contacted them after waiting a few days with no response. Was in contact with Greg. I wouldn’t recommend nor purchase from them. I told him my situation before I made that hour drive. Soon i get there after getting 3 small kids together and someone was purchasing the vehicle after he told me to text him when I’m on the way. I literally got off the phone and made my way to him and he tried to put me in a big ugly old school expedition. Miss the target very hard.

MY TIME WAS WASTED: I negotiated pricing on a 2026 Toyota Corolla via email after connecting through CarGurus. During the email exchange, I requested non-contingent finance pricing. I clearly stated that if pricing was contingent on financing with the dealership, I would not be coming in and moving on with another dealership. After that clarification, the dealership provided an out-the-door price that was represented as non-contingent on financing, which is the only reason I traveled to the dealership to purchase the vehicle using my own financing in tow. When I arrived, the vehicle had over 1,500 miles, and I was told it had previously been sold and returned after financing fell through, information that had not been disclosed beforehand. I was also told that the non- contingent pricing provided via email could not be honored unless I financed with the dealership. Because the terms presented in person differed from what was confirmed in advance, I chose not to proceed.

I am very happy we chose to go to Griffin in Valdosta. Everyone we dealt with was extremely nice and knowledgeable which made the experience of purchasing our car stress free and enjoyable. When we are in need of another car our first stop will be Griffin!!
