They ran my credit 3 times and didn’t call me back. After I told them not to. Worse place to buy a car or even work with.

Tried to charge 1500 in license and dealer fees on a 3000 dollar truck. The usual is 10% not 50%. The salesman was efficient not very friendly but not rude. I just think ownership has some underhanded predatory practices and policies.

Got me approved for my 330i quick and easy. Would definitely recommend again!

Out of all the dealers I contacted, these guys were the only ones to treat me with respect. I am a 71 year old man and I do have hearing problems but they were extremely patient with me and helped me purchase a car for my grand daughter. I bought a 2015 Scion FR-S from them and the whole process was easy and convenient. I brought my own financing through my credit union and everything went smoothly. I just wish that they were closer to where I live as I had to drive 2 hours to go check out the car. They were kind enough to do everything remotely and I was in and out of the dealership with in 30 minutes.

I asked specific questions about the vehicle and told them that I wasn't interested in anything else, just that specific vehicle. They never replied to my questions, and instead I received what appeared to be automated emails suggesting other vehicles (which I specifically said I wasn't interested in)
