Staff were very nice, and the process was seamless.

I have never been to a worse car dealership. First off, the car was buried int a parking lot with barely no access to the car. I had to walk to the back of the lot and there was no room to even open the car doors. I expected the car to be ready for a test drive. They made no attempt to even get the car out of their inventory for a test drive. Whoever owns this business has no care aobut potential customers. Their business model sucks. We drove 2 hours each way to look at this car and no one made an effort to prepare the cafre for a test drive.

Sal & his father were very kind and professional. I am very happy with thier service. They also gave my son a couple of gifts for the car & goodies bag. They will be recommended for sure.

Horrible service. Tried to pressue me into the car because they already had a buyer lined up but were not transparent with me. Ignored calls and texts.

You tell me how in three days the price went almost $6,000. Saying the upper management changed the prices without them, even knowing. So on July 20th it was $22,036 and then on July 23th it was $27,980. The guy Chris told me that keeping the price is lower lures people in and then they jack up the price. Literally a waste of my time. I hope nobody else buys a car from here.

Extremely dishonest business practices. Be very careful with this dealership. The car was advertised for around $16,000, but they added nearly $10,000 in extra charges, including insurance products, fees, GPS tracking, and other add-ons that I never asked for. When I questioned these charges and told them I wasn’t interested in the extras, they refused to remove them. Advertising a vehicle at one price and then adding thousands of dollars in unwanted products and fees is extremely misleading. Stay away. In my experience, they seem more interested in taking advantage of inexperienced or inattentive buyers than in selling cars honestly and transparently. I would absolutely not recommend this dealership.

Not good. I asked some questions regarding title and doc fees, if there are any fees buying a car out of state, what the out the door price would be, and all my questions were answered the same way. Come to the dealership we don’t talk numbers over the phone. After the third question I think it slipped out by accident but the finance manager who I was speaking to said I can’t give you an out the door number because we might add on package deals to your purchase. That is extremely sketchy. I have bought cars over the phone in the past and even just bought one last year over the phone, after telling them that, then they wanted to give me a number over the phone, but the great thing was is they sold the car 3 days ago when they finally wanted to talk numbers. Avoid this dealership they seem extremely sketchy and slimy. Could have been an easy transaction but whatever.
