I received email from Lucy Ganso she was very nice. Told me someone of her team was going to reach out to me. They never did. I email back and no response. I guess they’re super busy

I drove a couple hours to see the 4Runner this dealer had listed. When we got there, prior to a test drive, the polite man mentioned there were some warning lights that come on sometimes after it’s washed, which they did… but he said his mechanic will fix it. It also had some wires hanging down from the back fender and there was a missing button for the back seat to fold down, and the back left auto door lock didn’t work. We looked at a second one he had but it wouldn’t even start and said it needs to be jump started. The third 4Runner was nice looking but the AC didn’t work and the two front turn signals didn’t work. Also the back window wouldn’t roll down. He mentioned again his mechanic could fix these things or could only take $500 off the price. When reviewing the purchase process, the dealer didn’t understand that a down payment goes to the dealer not the bank you get the financing from, which was odd, as well as saying most banks won’t finance cars from them.

Friendly guy, the car just wasn't a good fit for us at this time. The only thing I didn't like was the attempt to mark up the car an extra $1K with a line item for "Ceramic Coating". Honestly, that's probably the thing that broke the deal for me.
