The truck had a bunch of issues that are not visible until you inspect it. A kept telling me if I left a deposit he would fix all my concerns except for the rear bumper. He'd have to put at least a $1,000 into the truck before it's worth the asking price. Just in case the guy decides to respond take pics of the fixed rusted holes when you open the doors, the new battery, the light that doesn't turn off unless the battery is unplugged, the hood latch, and list goes on. Total waste of time especially with him being so nonchalant about everything. He didn't want to sell a vehicle he just wanted to close business and I was in the way.

I had no issue other than my budget.

Do Not purchase from this dealer. I reached out to the Kargar Motors regarding the toyota Sienna XLE that they said was available for sale. I requested more than the one picture they had on the website. Looked like there might be damage. Spoke to two different people. They refused to send the pictures or carfax. From what I can see from other reviews, they are not honest about what they have in stock and are trying to cover up things. They are demanding about coming in to see vehicles. When you live hours away, you would hope they would give what you request in order to make the sale.

I initially had a good experience when I inquired about a vehicle. Kevin answered my call and even sent over some very nice video footage of the car, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, after that communication completely stopped. I followed up with texts and calls over the next week and was left on read with no response. I also asked about arranging an inspection but never heard back. Disappointing, because the initial interaction was positive

After driving an hour to get there, the salesperson was 20 minutes late, no apology, and when he brought the car around the AC didn’t work. They never checked it beforehand.
