Poor salesmanship + lack of transparency = poor customer experience. I had only gotten up early on a Saturday morning no less, it was 19 degrees outside with inclement weather pending, traveled 107 miles and was prepared to make a cash purchase. I guess you could say I was interested in this car. The mileage on the car however, was not 9,319 miles as advertised. It was 14,601 miles, a whopping 56% more miles than advertised. When I raised this point to the salesman he was dismissive. So I asked for the best price and was told that the stated price is the best price. I was willing to pay for the car as advertised 9,319 miles, plus maybe an addtnl 500 miles? Just think, if I had been offered a fair or even modest adjustment to compensate for what felt like a bait and switch I might have accepted it. How frequently do they entertain cash paying customers - I wasn't even asked how I intended to pay. On principle there is no offer this dealership could make to earn my business.

Was looking for a 6 cylinder. Spoke with Tony C. The truck I messaged him about was a 6. I told him the Tacoma models I was interested in. He sent info on trucks that are 4 cylinder Tacomas, no regard for me telling him what I wanted. Does not appear to listen to his customers request.
