The truck I drove smelled like cigars very badly.

Absolutely seamless experience, thanks in full to Mike Ascencio, the associate who responded to my email asking about availability, to communicating about me coming, he was the soul of professionalism and kindness. A huge kudos to him and to the very nice people of Swickard Toyota.

Car had body damage all over all pictures on website hid damage, long drive there to turn around and leave, felt like a used car lot not a high end toyota dealership, the new pics on website now show damage throughout, I talked with salesman twice, he never mentioned any damage, it should have went right to wholesale lot, low integrity dealer apparently.

Quick response and very helpful with their reply. But I did not get the chance to purchase the vehicle. I advised them that they should go ahead in case someone else has an interest.

Marcin who was the salesperson was very transparent and informative of the buying process. The dealership has the best price for new vehicles. Great customer service!
