1) Phrased every interaction as if they needed a decision right then. Once I test drove it, they wanted an answer. Once I committed to it, there was a rush to arrange payment. It wasn't high-pressure sales, but it was a bit pushy. 2) They handled insurance paperwork. Except they removed insurance on my trade-in that I was currently driving. 3 days technically uninsured. Handle insurance part yourself. 3) Low-balled me with my trade-in (expected) but I held out until they gave me what I wanted. And it wasn't much. Typical 'Let me talk to my manager'. 4) Offered an extended warranty. In the 10 minute conversation, went from about $4,500 cost, down to $3,500, and then down to $3,000 when I wasn't biting. Made me raise an eyebrow. 5) Didn't notice stone chip in corner of windshield until I was home. But they should've. Overall, just an OK transaction. Just monitor what they do and don't let them push you. I like the car, just not the tactics.

Man, I came into look at an Infiniti, I left with an entirely different vehicle. (Which I love!) but from the moment I walked in, I knew…. This is where I want to do business. The facility was beautiful, the people were incredibly kind and helpful. This was my first from Certified but certainly won’t be my last!

I bought a 2018 Nissan Pathfinder even with the short notice I just stoped by without appointment and he had just posted the vehicle. Travis got everything ready and given I paid cash the whole process was done in 40 minutes.

Overall experience was excellent, was contacted by two associates, set up a time, and met with Kaitlyn, she was excellent and a big help, car was up front and ready, we did end up purchasing the vehicle, great find. And Cargurus.com was a big help too, I was searching for months till I found this beauty. I will be using Cargurus again, in the summer when I’m looking to get another vehicle. TY
