I paid a deposit on a vehicle and three days later I was told that the vehicle was sold by the dealer over the weekend.

Awesome sales team. Very knowledgeable and made the car buying process really easy. Definitely changed my opinion on car dealerships.

Friendly, prompt, but these people have limited available inventory so a waste of time. As is typical of Toyota, they keep their prices high by having a limited stock on hand. I would have to wait weeks to get what I want. So, nothing bad to say about Avondale just they are selling unobtainium.

the car was not as shown on the web site the dealer didn't seem to know the car or its history.

I had a pretty awful experience with the Larry H. Miller Dodge Ram Avondale dealership. I inquired on a truck and then was met with what appeared to be chat bot responses. I was then transferred to a sales associate named Yolanda Ortiz. I stated that I was buying from out of state multiple times and that I also had 2 trade ins to work with. She asked for my trade in details and I promptly gave those to her. 5 days went by with no response from her or anyone else about where we were at reharding details about the trade ins, financing process, and out of state pick up/delivery process. I sent multiple emails checking in on the status of the deal. Again, no reply. I received a notification yesterday from CarGurus that the truck was now sold. Wow. What a way to treat customers who are actively trying to close a deal. Thanks for wasting my time.

The agreed-upon price was not the same price when we sat down with financing The finance guy came out with a single sheet of paper with a long lines of numbers added and subtracted . The mix of numbers was very confusing , but fortunately I spotted the discrepancy immediately. They tried to sneak in nearly $800 above the agreed-upon price. And to top it of they offered me 10.49% interest with an 800+ credit score. Keep your head on tight people don’t let these dealerships Take advantage of you.

The dealer wasn’t attentive at all. They kept mixing up my name. They always called me something different and had different vehicles pulled up.

Everyone was very helpful, kind and knowledgeable.

Great folks at that dealership.
