I had an amazing experience at Key Hyundai of Manchester getting into my brand-new Hyundai Elantra. My salesperson, Elvin, was fantastic—genuinely kind, attentive, and never pushy. Even while helping multiple customers, he made sure I never felt ignored or unvalued. He really knows his cars, and when he didn’t have an answer right away, he quickly found it. No gimmicks, no “mystery” dealership fees—just honest, straightforward help. The finance manager, Kane, was equally impressive. I got the usual run-through of financing, but he wasn’t aggressive or overbearing. Instead, he was considerate, patient, and made the process feel easy. It was a complete 180 from my experiences at other dealerships. 12/10—highly recommend this team if you want a stress-free, respectful car-buying experience.

They were up front and transparent about literally EVERYTHING and made sure anything that was not right with the vehicle (really not much, just minor stuff), was corrected before I purchased. They are very Professional, very Knowledgeable, very Patient and best of all…Very Kind. It is getting harder and harder to find Good Humans in this world these days. I truly can not say enough good things about these guys. I drove 100 miles (2 Hours each way) for this purchase and I would do it again if I ever need another pre-owned vehicle.
