I was offered a 2013 Hyundai Tucson not the 2016 elantra. The price was switched and inflated, extra theft charge $995 added on. Carfax provided to me by dealer had 2500 miles less than mileage on contract. Delivery promise broken by dealer. He said my credit wasn't that bad and he could work with it. He said monthly pmt $258 x 60 months, which comes out to $15,480. Never gave me a total price until I asked for the breakdown of charges. I found the price online $6256 on the date we spoke, the 26th. On the 27th price was $8500. He blamed website error when I mentioned price change. He rewrote contract for 6256 and tacked on a theft charge $995 which wasn't on $8500 contract. The total price on the contract he wanted me to sign is $12,956.18. for a 2013 vehicle with over 128k miles on it that's what he wanted to charge me. He said he'd bring the vehicle to my home since I'm without a vehicle right now and would've had to Uber to the dealership. He didn't and no deal made.
